Aurora Pevik Haugnæss
Aurora Pevik Haugnæss is a 23-year-old photojournalist in her final year of a bachelor’s degree in photojournalism. Her interest in photography started in middle school, where she would take photographs of friends. In high school she started studying photography in England, and eventually in Oslo. She is interested in long-term documentary projects, where she focuses on relationships with and between people. Past projects have built on the relationships between humans, work and emotional challenges.Aurora is drawn to human stories and the quiet moments that reveal character and emotion. She likes to work primarily with natural light and contrasts.
