August Reece
August Reece is a 22-year-old Norwegian-American photographer from Fredrikstad. His photography focuses on his own adventures and passions in life. He uses photography to deeply explore his environment. His early projects focused on various skate communities across Norway. Through this work, his love for portrait photography grew, leading him to shift toward analogue portraits of the same community. From there, his practice expanded to photographing people from diverse communities and fields beyond his own.
In addition to photography, Reece is skilled in Adobe media tools, with experience in editing, video, and sound. He is currently in his third year of the Photojournalism Bachelor’s program at Oslo Metropolitan University, where he excels across a wide range of media-related areas.
